CrossFit Foundations

One of the twelve classes required to complete the Foundations program. Classes must be taken in order. These classes are the requirement for individuals who would like to attend CrossFit classes but don't have at least 3 months prior experience. Classes teach the foundational movements of CrossFit. After the first three classes, participants will review movements, complete tests based on the 10 elements of fitness, and will complete a portion of the Daily WOD. Upon completion of all 12 classes participants will be well versed in CrossFit language, movements, and culture.
