Brave Body Project

A fast-paced, dynamic, hybrid workout combining strength training & cardio. In 45 minutes, you'll alternate moving as one to a beat-based rhythm of a curated playlist and then move through muscle sculpting sections set to your own pace and tempo. We'll use equipment like gliders, weights, ankle weights, and more to give you a head to toe workout. This is not a barre class. This is not Crossfit. This is not a dance class. This is not like any class you've ever taken before.
