Pig Squat Challenge

One of the hardest and highest volume squat workouts you'll ever encounter. Completion rate is dreadfully low (Coach Novak has never finished), but it’s fun to give it the ol’ college try.

Pig Squat:
Bar - 20 reps
65lbs/53lbs (bar +20, 10 each side) - 19 reps
85/73 - 18 reps
105/93 - 17 reps
125/103 - 16 reps
145/123 - 15 reps
165/143 - 14 reps
etc ...
405/383 - 1 rep

When you cannot complete a set unbroken you are done. Heaviest set completed is your score.
