In this 55-minute class you will pull from a variety of methods to establish a stronger core and deeper mobility. Drawing from a variety of methods, spend 50 minutes focusing on your abs and surrounding muscles, accessing them in a deeper, specific, more effective way, while integrating active and passive stretches to find more freedom in your movement. Build an inner strength to support your workouts and daily life while increasing your capacity for strength.
