HipFit is a non-stop, dynamic, and high-intensity dance fitness program which incorporates choreography, cardio, toning and strength training into routines set to a playlist of Hip Hop hits. Expect to burn calories, build endurance, tone up, and hone in on your dance skills! All levels. No dance experience required, though an interest in dance-as-cardio is encouraged.
